Alicia Dagostino currently serves as the Director of Impact Evaluation at YouthForce NOLA, where she leads efforts to assess the impact of career-connected learning initiatives on young individuals, as well as the K-12 and workforce systems. Her work also involves utilizing data to inform and enhance career-connected learning programs run by YouthForce and its ecosystem partners.

Prior to joining YouthForce NOLA, Alicia served as the Director for Data, Finance, and Compliance at Teach for America, where she honed her skills in leveraging data to drive organizational decision-making and measure impact. Her experience in managing complex data systems, leveraging data for continuous improvement, and monitoring progress to drive strategies toward achieving goals enables her to bring a meticulous and strategic approach to this work.

Alicia is driven by working with others to create systematic change to help our young people gain access to the opportunities that will help them develop the skills and knowledge necessary for long-term success and high quality of life.
