Denise joined the Youthforce Nola organization as a Soft Skills Program Manager in the summer of 2024. As an educator and instructional coach in the New Orleans public school system for 19 years, she comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as connections to the community. In her role as a program manager, she coaches educators on how to bring productive targeted soft skills in the classroom environment for high school students.

As a native of New Orleans, Denise is an alum from Warren Easton High School and earned a Bachelor's degree from Nicholls State University. In addition to a fulfilling career in education, she is also a licensed realtor with a keen eye for home decor. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and building her real estate business.
