Joining the YouthForce NOLA in July of 2023, Jon manages the organization’s partnerships with hundreds of local businesses. Before joining the team, he embarked on his professional journey in education and workforce development. His recent roles include serving as the Director of Athletics and Career and Technical Education at a local charter association, as well as the Outcomes Lead at a software engineering company.

Born and raised in the ninth ward of New Orleans, Jon is a proud graduate of Edna Karr High School. Jon's educational accomplishments include an MBA from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he's a distinguished member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. Outside of work, Jon cherishes every precious moment of free time. He finds joy in the company of his wife and three children, pursuing his passion for gaming, and ardently cheering for his favorite sports teams.
