Joining the team in Summer 2022, Lenier plays a pivotal role in Talent Management at YouthForce NOLA. From scouting top-notch talent to nurturing their growth, she has a passion for building dynamic teams that drive businesses forward.

With over a decade of experience, Lenier has made a significant impact at many organizations, being the innovative business partner they never knew they needed. Lenier is a native New Orleanian and earned her Bachelor's degree at Southeastern Louisiana University. While not at work, Lenier enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as working on DIY projects.
