Nathan leads YouthForce NOLA’s work to improve soft skills development of students in New Orleans public high schools. In his prior role as principal of Einstein Charter High School, Nathan established a foundation of academic growth spurred by belief in the strong connection between career technical education and core subject areas. His Einstein students experienced success striving for industry-based credentials, which paid dividends when taking LEAP, CLEP, and AP exams. Originally from Toronto, Ontario, Nathan holds a master’s in Secondary Education and an undergraduate degree in English from the University of Montevallo in Alabama. Nathan and his wife have two daughters.
