Robin Raymond has been YouthForce NOLA’s Federal Grants Project Manager since the beginning of 2022, a role through which she project manages and supports the public funding received by YouthForce NOLA. Robin’s main goal is to ensure that grant work is efficient, collaborative, and in compliance with federal and local laws.

Beginning her career as an elementary school teacher, Robin believed that she could make a greater impact outside of the classroom which prompted her transition to a leadership role as the School’s Operations Manager. In that role, she gained valuable skills in project oversight, resource allocation, and operational efficiency, each contributing to the great success she continues to have in her role at YouthForce NOLA.

As a New Orleans native and graduate of Louisiana State University, Robin is committed to the education work in our city. She strongly believes that all students deserve high-quality education and equitable opportunities regardless of their socioeconomic status.
