Sarah leads YouthForce NOLA’s efforts to connect regional employers with students and educators for meaningful impact. As an experienced organizational leader, Sarah brings more than 15 years of successful recruitment and partnership management experience, and the ability to show employers the value of investing in their future talent. A strong believer in the YouthForce value of collaboration, Sarah works to develop deep trust with both teammates and partners to ensure that all parties are working together to create positive experiences for our city’s future workforce.

Sarah graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies and is the proud mother of three New Orleans Public School students.
