YouthForce NOLA offers a set of opportunities for educators to engage in professional development focused on career exploration, pathways programs, soft skills, and more.

Technical Assistance

We help schools navigate policies and public funding that support the full continuum of career-connected learning, including technical training and industry-based credential achievement for students in partnership with local training providers.

Career Connect

We organize a range of opportunities to provide career exposure to high school students.

Grant Funding

YouthForce NOLA provides additional funding to public high schools that commit to expanded Soft Skills training in their schools, design and implement Internship programs, and school-specific career-connected learning projects.
