Story began serving as YouthForce NOLA’s Soft Skills Program Manager in the summer of 2023., In this role, she coaches and trains educators in providing meaningful soft skills education to New Orleans high school students. Prior to joining YouthForce NOLA, Story worked as a Scholar Support Specialist at a public charter school in Baton Rouge, LA, where, over five years, she served as a teacher, interventionist, and a school administrator. These many school-based roles have equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the educational landscape and honed her ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds, which significantly contributes to her success in her role.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Story is a Cabrini High School alum and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University. After spending nine years in Baton Rouge, she is excited to be back home serving educators and students in her native city.
