Tori McRoberts Hoffpauir joined YouthForce NOLA in fall 2022 and serves as Director of Development & Communications. She leads collaborative efforts to craft and share stories of YouthForce NOLA’s reach and impact that emphasize real-world impact in compelling and easy-to-understand ways. Through the power of storytelling, Tori aims to help YouthForce cultivate a growing set of champions that enable the organization to fulfill its mission and reach its ambitious goals.

Tori brings 15 years of professional experience in public and private fundraising, people management, and organizational strategy and planning in social justice-oriented nonprofits including New Leaders, Turnaround for Children, KIPP New Orleans Schools, and the “I Have A Dream” Foundation. She holds degrees from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL, and Teachers College Columbia University in New York, NY. Tori is a native Louisianan and lives in Gentilly with her husband and their two young children who are privileged to learn and grow in New Orleans Public Schools.
