Joining the team in April 2024, Waymon Morris is the Chief Operating Officer at Youthforce NOLA. Prior to YourthForce, Waymon spent over 10 years at New Orleans City Park, most recently as the Director of Attractions & Visitor Experience. He brings extensive experience to the YouthForce team with over 20 years in various leadership roles within the hospitality and theme Park industries, with specific concentrations in Operations, HR, training and employee engagement. As native of New Orleanian, Waymon is an alum of McDonogh 35 High School and studied Mass Communication at Grambling State University. He is committed to contributing to positive experiences for our city’s youth for years to come. When away from work, his time is filled with parades, festivals, Saints & Pelicans games and everything else this great city has to offer.
