YouthForce NOLA is seeking a Case Management Partner to provide case management support for the YouthForce NOLA Summer Internship program. The Intern Case Manager Partner will support the YouthForce Internship team this summer (early May to early August) with its case management system during the YouthForce NOLA Internship program. This role will work directly with the YouthForce NOLA Internship team and will also engage with interns when necessary. This role is critical to the success of the internship program, particularly in balancing internship case management and information sharing with the YouthForce NOLA Internship team.
