New website to help students, parents, and educators learn about career options in Greater New Orleans
Greater New Orleans, Inc. – in partnership with Chevron – is pleased to announce the launch of GNOCareerGuide.org, a new online resource designed for educators, parents, and guidance counselors to use with students to introduce the variety of high-demand / high-wage jobs and sectors in our region.
Connecting students with high-demand careers continues to be a crucial first step in meeting the Greater New Orleans region's present, and future, workforce demand.
GNOCareerGuide.org expands awareness and understanding of the diverse, but sometimes unknown, opportunities in our region – and provides information about wages, certifications, and degrees associated with each occupation.
